When the Commanding Officer is not present I am responsible for the ship and take command.

      I am the Executive & Division Officer for Training Ship California. I am responsible to the Commanding Officer for the operational performance and general administration of the Division, as well as such collateral duties as may be assigned at the discretion of the Commanding Officer. When the Commanding Officer is not present I am responsible for the Training Ship and take command. I am responsible for the mentorship and training of League Cadets (10 - 13 years old).

Bruce Nguyen

I am responsible to the Commanding Officer for guidance and implementing instruction and training of the CyberPatriot teams. My vast experience as a Computer Engineer and in the cyber field is an important aspect of my role as the Officer in Charge for the Sacramento Division & TS California CyberPatriot teams, who participate in the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition each year and other competitions.

Rose Han

      I  am responsible to the Administrative Officer for the efficient conduct of the Admin office. I have direct responsibility for assembling, updating, reviewing, and safeguarding all cadet and officer personnel records.  Often you will find me behind the camera  at events.

Khanh Le
Position: Supply Officer (SUPPO)

I am responsible to the Executive Officer for proper management, inventory, uniform maintenance, and issuance of uniforms to personnel. My experience as a seamstress is an important aspect of my role in Supply. I am able to fit cadets and prepare uniforms for service.

I am responsible to the Executive Officer for implementing instruction and classroom training to newly recruited cadets and the combined unit as needed. My vast experience in instruction is an important aspect of my role as the Recruit Orientation Training Instructor for the Sacramento Division unit.   

Sydnie Hoeltje

I am responsible to the Executive Officer in Charge of the TSCAL unit for the training of League Cadets and to the combined unit when I am needed. My vast experience as contributer to the Junior Leadership Academy (JLA) training course for League Cadets on the threshold of leadership, and as a Chief Petty Officer, and graduate of the USNSCC qualifies my appointment to Division Officer with strength. 

Andy Liu
